These terms govern your use of our website and your purchase of products and services from Your Doll Stylist.
01 / GENERAL
Your Doll Stylist is an independent doll-fashion curation and styling studio operating from Shenzhen, China.
You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live. You agree to provide accurate information and use the site lawfully. We may update these terms by posting a revised date. The version in effect when we accept an order governs that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
02 / PRODUCTS, SIZING & PRICING
We aim for accuracy, but color, texture, finish, and dimensions may vary slightly due to screens, lighting, materials, and production tolerances.
Measurements and recommendations are guidance, not a perfect-fit guarantee. Mandatory rights for faulty or materially misdescribed goods remain unaffected.
Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Obvious errors may be corrected before acceptance. Unavailable items may be replaced with your agreement or refunded.
03 / ORDERS & PAYMENT
An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt, not acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we confirm acceptance or dispatch, or begin fulfilment. Legitimate cancellation reasons include unavailability, obvious error, suspected fraud, payment failure, delivery restrictions, or breach of these terms.
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of payment. After that, cancellation may not be possible. If still possible, up to 50% may be retained only for reasonably committed costs and where permitted by law.
04 / SHIPPING, CUSTOMS & DELIVERY
Processing and international transit are separate. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.
Standard: normally 5–7 business days. Custom, made-to-order, or special procurement: normally 15–30 days.
Standard shipping is free from US$169 unless stated otherwise. Local duties or charges not included at checkout remain the customer’s responsibility.
Customs, severe weather, disaster, war, unrest, public-health events, restrictions, strikes, carrier disruption, or infrastructure failure may delay delivery.
05 / RETURNS & ORDER PROBLEMS
Non-quality returns are generally not accepted except where applicable law provides a mandatory cancellation or return right.
Read Returns & RefundsReport the issue promptly with the order number, photographs, packaging images where relevant, and a description. Remedies depend on the circumstances and applicable law.
Personalised, made-to-order, or individually sourced products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law. Never return an item without written instructions.
06 / STYLING SERVICES
There is no purchase obligation unless a separate paid service is agreed.
Exact matches and perfect fit cannot be guaranteed.
Recommendations depend on the measurements and information you provide.
AI-assisted visuals are exploratory references, not guaranteed final products.
07 / WEBSITE USE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless credited otherwise, original text, photographs, graphics, logos, styling layouts, and design are owned by or licensed to us. Commercial copying, scraping, distribution, or modification requires written permission.
Do not interfere with security, introduce malicious code, misuse forms, attempt unauthorised access, or use the website unlawfully. Third-party names and trademarks remain their owners’ property.
08 / LIABILITY & DOLL CARE
Clothing, wigs, jewellery, and accessories may transfer dye, stain, mark, or scratch silicone or TPE. Follow care guidance, test cautiously, and avoid prolonged contact where appropriate.
Where lawful, liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. This does not limit fraud, wilful misconduct, negligence causing death or injury, or any right or liability that law does not allow us to limit.
09 / GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their habitual residence. Please contact us first to seek an informal resolution. Jurisdiction and available court, regulator, or dispute-resolution rights are determined by applicable law. The CISG is excluded to the extent legally effective.
