Whether you want to recreate the eyes of a character, match a particular eye color, or simply give your doll a completely different expression, our Custom Doll Eyes service allows you to create a unique design based on your own reference images and ideas.
From iris color and pattern to pupil size and overall style, each pair is individually made according to your requirements and your doll’s eye specifications. With custom doll eyes, you are not limited to standard factory colors.

What Can Be Customized?
Depending on the eye type and size, we can customize details such as:

If you already have a specific look in mind, simply upload your reference images when placing your order. The clearer your reference images are, the easier it is for us to understand and reproduce the look you want.
Compatibility
Choose the Correct Eye Type
Doll eyes are not universal. Different brands and head models may use different eye shapes, diameters, shells, or mounting systems.

Round Eyes
Traditional round doll eyes are available in several common diameters. Typical sizes include 24mm, 26mm, 28mm, 30mm and 32mm.

Boat-Shaped Eyes
Commonly used in silicone doll heads and designed to fit specific eye sockets. Both the length and width may be important.

How the Custom Eye Process Works
From your first reference image to the finished pair, each custom order follows a clear step-by-step process.

Send Your Reference Images
Upload clear photos of real eyes, anime artwork, digital art, character references, or sketches. Tell us which details are most important to you.

Confirm the Eye Specifications
We will confirm the eye type, diameter, dimensions, and compatibility before production. If you do not know the exact measurements, simply send us your doll brand and head model.

Pattern Making & Production
We begin creating the eye pattern directly from your references and confirmed specifications. Typical production time is approximately 20–25 days.

Photo Confirmation
Once the eyes are completed, we will send you photos so you can review the iris color, pattern, pupil size, and overall appearance before shipment.

One Free Remake
If the finished result is not what you expected, we can remake the custom eyes once at no additional charge based on clear feedback such as “make the iris lighter” or “reduce the pupil size.”

Further Adjustments
After the included free remake, additional remakes can still be requested. A $20 material fee applies to each additional remake.

Approval & Shipping
Once you approve the finished eyes, we will carefully pack them and prepare your order for shipment.
Before Ordering
What Information Should I Provide?
The more information you provide, the easier it is for us to confirm compatibility and understand the result you want.
- 01. Doll Brand
- Manufacturer or brand name.
- 02. Head Model
- Specific model name, if known.
- 03. Eye Type
- Round, boat-shaped, or “not sure”.
- 04. Eye Size
- Dimensions, if known.
- 05. Reference Images
- Clear images of the eyes, character, or design.
- 06. Custom Requirements
- Any specific details that are important to you.
That is not a problem. Provide the brand, head model, and photos of the doll or original eyes. We will help you check. For uncommon brands, we may ask you to remove and measure the original eyes.

Important Custom Order Policy
Screen Colors May Differ
Colors displayed on screens may differ slightly from the physical product due to lighting and screen calibration. Small color differences are normal.
Every Pair Is Individually Made
Each pair is unique. Slight differences may occur between the reference image and the finished product. Minor differences in color, texture, or pattern are not considered manufacturing defects.
One Free Remake Is Included
Your order includes one free remake based on clear revision instructions.
Additional Remakes
After the included free remake, further remakes require a $20 material fee.
After Approval
Once the finished eyes have been approved and shipped, further revisions are no longer included.
Please review the confirmation photos carefully before approving your finished custom eyes.
